Fabricada en una goma no reactiva, esta alfombrilla permite sellar herméticamente las placas durante el proceso del PCR. Diseñada para sellar placas de 96 pocillos, puede también ser cortada para acomodar placas de 24, 32 o 48 pocillos. La marca “this side up” indica la cara de la alfombrilla que debe quedar arriba. La alfombrilla puede ser esterilizada por autoclave, o limpiada en una solución a base de lejía.
